About K-Mac Painting in Ballarat
Our founder, Kai, completed his painting and flooring apprenticeship with his father in 2003. From there, his passion for home and office improvement led him to expand his experience alongside other local painters before branching out on his own and forming Kmac Painting. Since the company’s humble beginnings, Kai has built Kmac Painting up to more than 14 full-time employees that share his passion for professional home services.
Hiring Only the Best
Selecting like-minded individuals who invest in the company for the long-term has led to our success. Each employee goes through a 4-year apprenticeship with a tradesman, and most of our team leaders have done their apprenticeship with Kai. On any given project, half of the workers are tradesmen and the other half are apprentices.
